Welcome to Mangal Dosh Puja Ujjain (operated by Pandit Hariom Shastri, Mangalnath Mandir Pandit). By accessing our website or booking our puja services including Mangal Dosh Puja Ujjain, Mangal Dosh Nivaran Ujjain, Manglik Puja in Ujjain, Bhat Pooja Mangalnath, and Angarak Dosh Puja Ujjain, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

1.1 Puja Booking

• All puja bookings must be made through our website Mangalnath Bhat Pooja Online Booking form or by direct contact.
• You must provide accurate information including name, birth details, and contact information for proper Mangal Dosh Nivaran Ujjain rituals.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

1.2 Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 50% advance is required to confirm your Mangal Dosh Puja Ujjain booking.
• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid before or after the puja as agreed.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, or international payment gateways (additional charges may apply for international transactions).
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Pricing

• Basic Mangal Dosh Puja Ujjain package: ₹3100
• Standard Manglik Puja in Ujjain package: ₹5100
• Premium Mangal Dosh Nivaran Ujjain package: ₹11000
• Bhat Pooja Mangalnath and Angarak Dosh Puja Ujjain: Prices vary based on requirements
• Additional costs may apply for extra rituals, special materials, or travel (if puja is at your location).

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Devotee

• More than 7 days before puja: Full refund (minus 10% processing fee)
• 3-7 days before puja: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before puja: No refund (materials are already arranged and muhurta fixed)
• Same day cancellation: No refund

2.2 Cancellation by Us

• In rare cases of priest illness or unavoidable circumstances, we may need to reschedule your Mangal Dosh Nivaran Ujjain.
• You will be offered:
  • Alternative date within 30 days, OR
  • Full refund including advance payment

2.3 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures

3. Puja Performance Terms

3.1 Online Puja (For Remote Devotees)

• For Mangalnath Bhat Pooja Online Booking, the puja will be performed on your behalf at Mangalnath Temple.
• You will receive:
  • Video recording of the complete puja
  • Photos of key rituals
  • Prasad (sacred items) shipped to your address (shipping charges extra)
  • Digital copy of sankalp with your name
• You may join via video call if available and requested in advance.

3.2 In-Person Puja at Temple

• You are expected to arrive at Mangalnath Temple at least 30 minutes before scheduled time.
• Follow the priest's instructions during the ritual.
• Temple dress code: Traditional/Modest attire recommended.

3.3 Puja at Your Location

• Travel expenses may apply based on distance from Ujjain.
• Basic puja materials are included, but any special requests should be communicated in advance.

4. Devotee Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details for proper Mangal Dosh Nivaran Ujjain calculations.
• Inform us of any health conditions or special requirements before the puja.
• Treat the priest and temple premises with respect.
• For online puja, ensure you provide correct shipping address for prasad.
• Maintain a positive and receptive mindset during the ritual.

5. Website Usage Terms

5.1 Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, videos) is the property of Mangal Dosh Puja Ujjain.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

5.2 User Conduct

• Do not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not submit false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Puja results are based on Vedic traditions and astrological principles. Individual experiences may vary.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific puja service.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as marriage, job, or financial gains, as these depend on multiple factors including karma and divine will.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
